Spectator Guide – Edgbaston opener


Coming along to our Edgbaston opener on Tuesday, where we face the Northern Diamonds in T20 action?


The Central Sparks take on the Diamonds in their second Charlotte Edwards Cup game, which is to be played at Edgbaston on Tuesday 23 May.


Edgbaston is one of our HOME venues, and we are very much looking forward to playing there for the first time in 2023 on Tuesday.


Sparks have so far played the Diamonds once, where Lloyd Tennant’s side were victorious by seven wickets. Now, after both teams won their first CEC matches, with the Sparks beating the Sunrisers and Diamonds winning against Western Storm.

EDGBASTON STADIUM, BIRMINGHAM

GAME START: 11:00AM


This game will be a morning start, at 11am, with the stadium open to spectators from 10am.


Tickets for the game will be available for purchase in the club shop on the day. You can buy tickets online here. Alternatively, if you’re a Warwickshire member you can get in for free by showing your pass!


Blocks 1& 2 will be opened for spectators & members.


Store ’94 will be open on the day to go and purchase some memorabilia. Sparks’ complete replica and training range will be available to buy too!


There will be a kiosk available on the day, with it open serving refreshments. Spectators are free to bring your own food if they wish.


Entry for members and ticket holders is through main reception. Extremely limited parking is available at the stadium on a first come, first served basis, using the entrance on Edgbaston Road.


Alternative parking can be found at Queens Ride pay & display across the road, by the MAC Cannon Hill Park, where there is a pay & display machine, or you can pay by phone.
