We have been pioneers for new innovations in our sport…and the next step is the launch of our new, fully-professional Bears Women team that’s set to compete in a revamped national competition structure next year.

You will be a driven, ambitious, visionary leader, able to create and execute strategic plans that drive improvement and delivery. With your strong leaderships skills, you will be expert at building winning teams, effectively managing players and support staff. Your exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills will enable you to connect and empathise with all stakeholders. You will have a deep understanding of the game's technical and tactical aspects, with a proven coaching history, leveraging modern technology to enhance performance and learning.

 

You will be responsible for crafting and communicating a cutting-edge performance programme that encompasses the entire season, including training and individual performance plans. You will foster a safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment where players thrive holistically. Using your skills, knowledge and experience, you will implement and communicate best practice processes, policies, and structures across the team.
